Over the last few months I have been so happy to get to play bass with Jeff Poppen as part of the Organic Band. I need only the slightest excuse to spend more time on the farm and be with the Long Hungry Creek tribe. Playing in the band is a real honor.
I am excited to be heading to Red Boiling Springs this weekend for the 2016 Summer Solstice. The festival is a celebration of the longest day of the year and the importance of the earth’s relationship with the sun, as well as a very good excuse to spend time outside together.
The Organic Band will be starting out the weekend on Thursday with homegrown music kicking off sometime around dusk.
I will also be performing solo on the Acoustic Stage on Saturday at around 5pm.
Happy Solstice everyone!

After a brief musical sabbatical, good pal Nathan is back on stage sharing his soul and talent like only he does. His words and music come from deep within. It’s a true privilege to witness.
